EARLY SOUTH AUSTRALIAN "REEL TO REEL" SCREENING
Film activist-nostalgist David Donaldson presents a special one-hour program from
Adelaide and South Australia. Windback the years and enjoy the sight, sound and period
pleasures of traditionally--projected celluloid film, from the collections of David Donaldson
and the National Film and Sound Archive.

1913 Oakbank race day
1925 City streets, trams, motorcars, shopping, gardens
1935 Cricket at the Oval
1936 Centenary floral procession 1939 Tunkliffia beach, wrecked vessel 1945 Victor
Harbor, climbing rocks 1949 Royal Adelaide show.
Two projectors will be used to cater to different characteristics of the films as to initial
cranking of the camera and current condition of shrinkage of the celluloid.

WANTED
Any 35mm USA Cartoon Shorts.
I'm looking for any old originally-produced 35mm. film format of
Pre-1970 US-produced cartoons of any themes and genres, Disney,
Warner Bros, MGM and notably Max Fleischer cartoons. I will buy
it anywhere in Australia. Nitrate or Safety film stocks OK. Not
interested in 16mm film format. Am considering to buy any Pre-
1980 35mm Animated feature films, odd or missing reels accepted. "
