Cinematografica Champion, Italy/France. Academy Award for best foreign film. Vittorio de Sicca comedy
in three episodes, about three different women and the men they attract; with Sophia Loren & Marcello
Mastroianni. Embassy Pictures release print, dubbed into English. 2× 2200ft, scope, colour (Eastman:
red/brown). — Martin Luther (1953). Louis De Rochemont Associates, USA/West Germany. Award
winning feature (nominated for 2 Oscars), depicting the life of Luther from his entrance into the monastery
in Erfurt to the Augsburg Confession. Impressive acting by Niall MacGinnis as Luther. Start titles replaced
with custom made ones (Larry Koski). Original titles and part of historical, narrated introduction are
missing (c. 100ft), the actual film action is complete (i.e. you won’t miss anything). 1700ft & 1900ft, b/w.
