CATHS CINE COLLECTORS’ FAIR
The annual Cinema and Theatre Historical Society of Australia (CATHS) cine
fair was held on Sunday 18 May in the Melbourne suburb of Seddon.

This year, the Fair was brought forward to May with the hope of avoiding the
usual cold July weather. Unfortunately, the great 22 degree day didn’t bring
any additional interest from buyers, and the numbers were down on last year.
However, most sellers went away with extra dollars in their pockets and all
enjoyed the camaraderie and pub meal that followed.
The CATHS committee has advised that a decision will be made at their next
meeting on whether to home future fairs.
