PROCESSING OF:
Super 8 sound Kodachrome and Tri-X black and white movie film

Afternoon Session 1pm to 3pm
The Workshop will include information on the types of Movie Cameras availa-
ble, how to use your camera, as well as technical subjects like animation, slow
motion, the different film stocks available, and lighting techniques.
This workshop will include all students using a Super 8 camera, which will be
provided on the day. Then hand processing into black & white. The experi-
mental results will then be screened. Students are encouraged to bring their
own 8 mm camera and Exposed 8 mm Kodachrome 40 or B&W Film to be
processed. All involved will receive a DVD copy of their films made on the day.

Evening Session 3 pm to 5 pm

Screening the best of the 8 X 8 over the past 10 years. And also new films of
Independent & Home Movie Makers, from Australia, America and Europe.
Location: Giant Reel Twin Home Cinema, Craigieburn, Melbourne, VIC.
