"THEY DIED WITH THEIR BOOTS ON" is a 1941 black-and-white American western film
from Warner Bros. Pictures, produced by Hal B. Wallis and Robert Fellows, directed by Raoul
Walsh, that stars Errol Flynn and Olivia de Havilland. The general condition of the print is not
great. i.e: The opening title is missing and has been replaced with a title from the trailer, and
spool 1 is splicy. At the end of the movie Mrs Custer goes to Congress to assist the Indian na-
tion gain more respect - this has been shortened, and replaced with another "The End" title,
which is a better way of finishing an action picture, and a 1954 newsreel has been added to
spool 1 to protect the titles. $20.00
"PHONE CALL FROM A STRANGER" Gary Merrill is the stranger making the phone calls
in this 1952 film starring Shelley Winters, Keenan Wynn, Michael Rennie, Beatrice Straight,
Craig Stevens and Bette Davis. $70.00
"THE GOODBYE GIRL" One of the best romantic comedies ever. Dreyfuss & Mason gener-
ate as much chemistry as have ever been seen on the screen from a couple that was never a cou-
ple. Quinn Cummings delivers one of the greatest child actress performance in cinema history --
always genuine and winning. The dialogue is witty and brittle. The direction never strikes a
false note. And all the dualities of New York are well exploited. This print in good colour, has
rewind scratching, the sound is mag/opt. $60.00
