ADVERTISING:
Most of us know what shape a cinema screen is, but ads submitted in that format do not
reproduce very well in the pages of RD without extensive reduction – with a
corresponding reduction on readability. Advertisements submitted in ‘cinema screen’,
format will be reproduced sideways on the page to provide maximum readability.
Do not forget your contact details – the minimum requirement is your phone number
including the STD code AND your city. But why not make it a friendly experience to
contact YOU – make sure you include at least your first name and location.

The RD policy is that all ads are submitted with the understanding that they will run in the
next edition ONLY. If you want to re-run your ad, it’s up to YOU to resubmit it.

Production & Distribution:
For the 19 years RD has been in production, distribution has been much the same. The
magazine is assembled over the first FULL WEEKEND of the month – it then goes to the
printer – it comes back Thursday, is wrapped for mailing and posted on the Friday.
Delivery is then up to Australia Post!
Please take into account the above before ringing to see why you have not received your
copy – and remember, the above schedule means that you will NEVER receive RD
before the second week of the month.
