8 X 8 WORKSHOP “PROCESSING Single 8 & Super 8 Kodachrome Sound
Movie Film” into Black & White Sound
Afternoon Session 1pm to 4pm
The Workshop will include information about types of Movie Cameras available,
how to use your camera, covering technical subjects like Animation, slow motion,
different 8mm film stocks available, and Lighting techniques. With Rodney
Bourke, from Albury-Wodonga, Movie Film Collector / Experimenter.
This Workshop will include all students using an 8mm camera, which is provided
nd
on the day, in a scripted film. Then Hand Processed, also a 2 8mm Film, will be
made including Scratching, Hand Colouring and Drawing on film.
The Experimental results will then be screened. And students will receive a DVD
copy of their films made on the day. With Edward Nicielnik owner of Giant
Reel, and an avid Film Collector and Transfer Professional.
