Klee-Sound Amplifier / Sound Converter for a Gem 9.5 mm
projector (Made in Melbourne, 1950s)
Sound head and amplifier, sits under a Gem 9.5 mm projector.
In case, with 12 inch AWA speaker.
"More than 50" were reportedly built.
Valve complement: 6J7, 6SC7, 6L6G, 5Y3, Cetron CE-25-C photocell.
A few resistors and most electrolytic capacitors were updated some years ago.
Seems to work, but exciter and detector alignment needs adjustment and all
electrolytic capacitors probably need replacement.
Certainly “historic”.
Taker to pay courier costs. It weighs about 20 kg.
