Does anyone know?

Where can I get belts for a Siemens 2000 projector?
If Silicon spray will damage film over time, as it seems to work very well to lube and
revive old films?

Why does my cinemascope lense make the cinemascope picture slightly too wide for the
height?

BELTS

Drive belts for projectors! A vexy-flexi-problem!
As is well known, Elmo now provides no parts for any projectors

BUT
At C.R. Kennedy in Adelaide, Art Eckerman carries genuine Elmo belts. Not cheap, but the
real thing.
Art does not have the model numbers of the machines to relate to the Part numbers. So
you best specify

* circumference of the ring
* diameter across the thickness
* and profile (round, flat, oval, notched etc).
Hint: when you do learn which Part Number is your belt, keep a note of it. You may need it
again.

LAMPS is not a Kennedy line. I can locate various main and exciter lamps, including
