16mm FEATURE FILMS FOR SALE

MOST TITLES HAVE BEEN PRICE REDUCED.

"THE VILLAIN STILL PURSUED HER" comedy. The 'off-screen' audiences hiss, cats arch their back
and hiss, even a skunk turns his back on this villain and hisses. This absurd parody of Victorian
melodramas watched in the right frame of mind is very enjoyable. The cast attacks the material
with the proper degree of whimsy playing it broadly, the only reasonable approach to
something designed to be this silly. Alan Mowbray plays the villain with all the gusto of Oil Can
Harry, the cast also includes Buster Keaton, Hugh Herbert, Margaret Hamilton & more. $40.00.

"SHINING VICTORY" A great little drama that keeps you guessing - it
just has a very non-formulaic plot--one that is impossible to completely
anticipate which makes the film more enjoyable because of it. A lot of
the British colony of supporting players got into this film, folks like
British music hall comedian Billy Bevan, Donald Crisp and Montagu
Love playing older mentors for the star James Stephenson. Sad to note
this gentleman died just after the movie was finished at the age of
        52. And then there is Bette!.......According to Bette Davis in her
biography 'Mother Goddam', "I disguised myself as a nurse and
appeared on the set as an extra. The Producer didn't recognize me for
the first few takes. I had a ball. Imagine daring to do this today. $40.00

"VOODOO TIGER" Directed by the 'King Of The Serials' Spencer Bennett. Jungle Jim gets
involved with a Nazi fugitive and his gang of hoodlums in a hunt for (U.S) $2,000,000. 15 in art
works. Jim also has his hands full with a voodoo jungle cult and a crazed witch doctor who
worship the magical voodoo tiger, and did I fail to mention the shapely blonde jungle girl? $40.00
"THE STARMAKER". Bing Crosby. Good mention in
"HALLIWELLS". VARIETY called it 'a rollicking filmusical'.
Songs include "Go fly a kite', "East side, west side', 'An apple
for the teacher', and much more. $40.00
"BUTTERFLIES ARE FREE" Goldie Hawn. BUTTERFLIES ARE
FREE is the delightful 1972 film adaptation of the Leonard
Gershe play about a young man who has been blind from
birth (Edward Albert)who moves into his own apartment
and almost instantly falls in love with his kooky next door
neighbor (Goldie Hawn), a flighty free spirit who has trouble with anything resembling
commitment, which he turns a blind eye to but is picked up immediately by his clingy, over-
protective mother (Eileen Heckart). This breezy comedy still holds up pretty well for a film that's
49 years old. Colour is pink with yellow. $30.00
"ROSE OF WASHINGTON SQUARE" Alice Faye, Tyrone Power and 3rd in the cast is Al Jolson
who makes this film memorable. According to Alice Faye biography, The story parallels the life
                                  th
of singer Fanny Brice who sued 20 Century Fox for $750,000. The studio benefited from the
publicity generated by the lawsuit - the film became the highest grossing musical of 1939... and
        deservedly so. $45.00
