        ed by Robert Florey and starred Dennis Morgan, Irene Manning
        and Bruce Cabot. It is based on the 1926 operetta with music by
        Sigmund Romberg. It was nominated for an Academy Award for
        Best  Art  Direction  (Charles  Novi,  Jack  McConaghy).

        MYSTERY AT CASTLE HOUSE – 1982 – Australian -Henri Szeps, Simone Buchanan, Ray
        Meagher. With their father tied up with a long-term business contract, siblings Kate and Ben
        move in with their aunt. As they explore their new surroundings, they meet and befriend a local
        boy named Spider. They also encounter Rocco and Ah Leong, who are stealing produce from the
        shops and households. Sadly color has turned to reddish. $20.00
        TRENT'S LAST CASE  -1952 - British detective film directed by Herbert
        Wilcox and starring Michael Wilding, Margaret Lockwood, Orson Welles
        and John McCallum. It was based on the 1913 novel Trent's Last Case by
        E. C. Bentley, and had been filmed previously in the UK with Clive Brook
        in 1920, and in a 1929 US version. It was also the film debut of actor
        Kenneth Williams, best known for his roles in the Carry On comedy film
        series. Has slight vinegar smell.                                       $20.00
        PROUD VALLEY -  1940 - Ealing Studios film starring Paul Robeson.
        Filmed in the South Wales coalfield, the principal Welsh coal mining area,
        the film is about a seaman who joins a mining community. It includes their passion for singing as
        well as the dangers and precariousness of working in a mine. Has slight vinegar smell.$20

        TILL THE CLOUDS ROLL BY -  1946 – B/W print – American
        musical film produced by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. It is a fictionalized
        biopic of composer Jerome Kern. Kern was originally involved with
        the production, but died before it was completed. It has a large cast of
        well-known musical stars of the day who appear performing Kern's
        songs. It was the first in a series of MGM biopics about Broadway's
 they  are  not.  Algernon  uses  the  name  Ernest  to  woo  Jack's  pretty  young  ward.    2  Spools:
        composers; it was followed by Words and Music (Rodgers and Hart,
        1948), Three Little Words (Kalmar and Ruby, 1950), and Deep in My
        Heart (Sigmund Romberg, 1954).                              $50.00
