JANE EYRE 1943. 4 STAR RATING. Brilliant best version of this
fabulous drama. Orson Welles is ideal for the role of Rochester.

RATIONING 1944 . MGM teamed Wallace Beery and Marjorie

But now they have a son and daughter respectively who are taking
up where the parents might have left off. $35.00.
THE VILLAIN STILL PURSUED HER 1940. This is a solid, if often silly, parody feature that
spoofs the conventional melodrama played in a style that is far from subtle. Buster Keaton, Hugh
Herbert and a host of the great old comedians. $35.00.
BEAT THE DEVIL A comedy played straight of this groups
general screen acceptance. This 1953 film had absolutely everything

Lollobrigida, Peter Lorre, Robert Morley, directed by John Huston
with a screenplay by Truman Capote. What more could you ask for?

FOLLY TO BE WISE 1952 comedy. If you like EALING COMEDIES then this is right up

it' kind. Whether it be with 4 old ladies who sing horribly, a giddy society lady who is 'out of it',
